The food is great, there’s no debating it. I ordered a hot Dave number 1 and the spice was really enjoyable. The place is a typical fast food restaurant, the fountain drinks are the usual. The reason they are not getting a 5 star review is the long time I waited for my order (the combo and an additional tender), waited around 35 minutes in a not so busy place.

The Hottest Chicken in the Old Pueblo! Good atmosphere and kid friendly., plenty of parking area. Highly recommend this place if you like spicy chicken!... Shout out to Robert and Eli for the great customer service!!!

Spicy and delicious! I just tried Dave's Hot Chicken and I'm hooked! The Nashville-style hot chicken is made to order and the spice level is just right (I got the súper hot). The chicken is juicy and tender, and the breading is crispy and flavorful. My friend got the sandwich and it was huge! The service was fast and friendly too. My wallet is still crying. Wait time was about 15 minutes, which is totally fine — just don’t show up expecting fast food speed. It’s more like, “we’re making it hot and fresh, so chill a bit” kind of speed. Overall, good food, decent vibe, just bring your appetite and your debit card

We didn’t know what we wanted and she recommended multiple options for me and my husband who have different spice levels and different food taste. I got mine the way that she said was her favorite way and it was so yummy. We went on a busy Saturday night. There were a few issues with our order, and we ended up driving back to the location. The team member who helped us was very kind, and went above and beyond to make our experience better. Turned a not so great experience into one of the best customer experiences we’ve had. I can’t thank you all enough for being so customer forward. We will definitely be back, and keep telling everyone we know to go. We appreciate you all!

Went to Dave's Hot Chicken on Broadway. I was looking for something specific. They didn't have it but were expecting a delivery that day. Told me to call to see if it's arrived. I called several times and nobody ever answered the phone. I called early afternoon, late afternoon, and evening. Nobody picked up. Don't say to call if you don't pick up. That's why service gets a 3 out of 5. Other then that, the food was really good. Would go back for more.
